There is a pedestrian underpass crossing under the street directly outside Dongdaemoon Stadium (in Seoul). In the actual underpass you will find all kinds of sports jerseys, shorts etc. Also, the area surrounding the stadium is filled with sports shops and vendors selling things on the street. Its worth checking out this area on a Sunday afternoon for the huge street market - but check out the underpass first.

i dont know where u are at in korea, but u can get some at osan air base in songtan.
they have quite a few vendors. its a pretty weird maze of shops. i did get a few at a place in the middle of that maze. its from a lady who hasabout 3 different racks of various nfl,nba,mlb and a few college throwbacks on the outside of her store while inside is kinda like a jacket store. the jerseys outside i believe were $10 or $20 at most. selections are limited at that place but a little cheaper and larger only sizes.
the other places have more of a selection but a little more expensive but its all pretty cheap for the most part

Try Songtan outside of Osan AFB or if you're further south, check outside of Camp Walker in Daegu.
