Tylenol cold is a safe bet. Contact your Dr. for a list of safe products. There's nothing really powerful you can take for either symptom. Stay away from anything that slows your respiration (Nyquil) or anything with alcohol in it (some throat/cough meds).

i'm confident your infant would be high-quality. As for your self have you ever tried something like olbas oil sprinkled on your pillow at evening or that's used with a steam inhalation to help with the problems and stuffy nostril. good success and need you experience extra useful quickly.

Tylenol is the best thing, but to be on the safest side just ask your doctor. You don't want to hurt the baby.

You will need to call and check with your OB. They all say something different. Mine would allow Tylenol Allergy Sinus, Benedryl and Robitussin.

for the sore throat you can gargle warm salt water, that is what i did when i was pregant.
