You think you like? If you don't like him, don't flirt with him. That would just be cruel.
But some flirting tips: Smile (not grin), make eye contact with him, hold his gaze for a while, then look down for a second and then look back up again. If he's still looking at you, chances are, he's interested. You could also try laughing at his jokes, or touching his arm (just above the elbow) with your fingertips when you say hello or bye.
