Oily hair usually means two things.Your scalp thinks your hair needs more moisture because you are stripping it when you wash or the scalp is being over stimulated buy touching it to much when you wash it. people tend to want to scrub there scalp when it is to oily.
OK, now that you know, here is what you can try.
First of all, stop using shampoo for oily hair. Use the mildest shampoo you can find.
Second, stop scrubbing your scalp. In fact, avoid touching your scalp all together.
Third, use a light hydrating conditioner and again stay away from the scalp.
Last and least, If you can, skip a day of shampooing all together.
The theory here is this. A scalp that thinks the hair has enough moisture stops producing as many natural oils. Touching the scalp, especially scrubbing, stimulates the oil glands and produces oil.
Good luck

Bio silk! Butttt Let me stress that it's not the shampoo that is going to help you. In a salon have to noticed that they can make your hair feel amazing. So you buy the produts and get home and it turns out nothing like they did? Well most ladies and men don't know that water softeners are the blame. With out a proper water softner no shampoo or cond. Will make your hair do what you want. Really as long as you change your shampoo ever other time your hair should hold up to any kind you use. If you use the same product over and over you get a build up.

I have thin, oily hair...not curly though. The shampoo and conditioner I use is Herbal Essences Body Envy. It gives my thin hair good volume and doesn't weight it down.

you may no longer wash your hair extensive-unfold, even in the experience that your hair gets oily rapid. If it extremely is oily get a dry shampoo or positioned toddler bowser on your scalp and it will take in the oil or positioned on your hair up. in the experience that your hair drys out definitely you ought to use a moisturizing shampoo. If this did no longer help i'm sorry i don't comprehend what the question fairly is!
