you better check with the province's board of nursing/education on what their requirements are for foreign educated professionals. i graduated with a degree in nursing from the philippines but when my family migrated to canada, british columbia's board of nursing has a really strict set of requirements. it would take me at least a year and a half to be able to to sit for their licensure exams.

so check with your target province to migrate to whether you're able to practice the profession without any major hitches.

Um. Not sure how to tell you this, but if you are a senior in high school, I would expect your spelling and grammar to be a LOT better than what it is especially if you are going into teaching or nursing. Good luck.

NURSE

our taxes aren't any worse than in US, but because of the small amount extra you will pay, you will get free medical care.

Josephine isn't very up on Canadian law either.
Canada is a wonderful place to live.

You should know that you will be giving up your right to free speech there. If you criticize the government, for example, you can be imprisoned. Their laws override any other factors, as they adhere to "The Truth is No Defense."
