My male Chihuahua loves everyone and everything. My female on the other hand is a little more aggressive with other animals. She is fine with all humans, but will growl and snap at other animals. She is still a pup and she is getting trained, but she does not care for other animals. She does like my male Chihuahua, but she is even a bit bossy with him. They both like all people though. I have never seen dogs like attention the way they do. My boy also gets along with other animals, and he never had to be trained to tolerate other animals. He just loves everybody. I do not know if all Chi's are this way, but mine are.

The female chihuahua is more moody than a male. They have some mood swing issues. Lol. And they are more territorial. I prefer to get male chihuahuas, because they have no mood issues and they have a better disposition and temperment.

Well my male chihuahua, lucky, is more active and loves to play with me or my female chihuahua, minnie. Lucky is more aggresive towards me than minnie. Minnie on the other hand has no aggresiveness with me, not even one bit, while lucky is very aggresive with me on certain ocassions. Minnie is aggresive with lucky at times, ie takes his bed (Even though she has hers) When i give them a treat each lucky cant leave his treat one second on the floor cuz she is waiting for a chance to take it and have 2 treats. Minnie is more lovable and calm with me and wants my presence all the time while Lucky is more active and always wants to play and just more independent than minie.

most dog breeds the females are calmer than the males. not sure on the specifics on chihuahuas, but that is the main thing with dogs.

There isn't that much difference. I think the female tends to become more territorial than the male.
