I don't think so, they are addictive so pharmacies avoid selling it over the counter. Why would you want to get them without a prescription? If you really need them, you would have them prescribed by a physician.

You have to consider first what these type of drugs do to you're body and how they can control you.

It is you're body and if you want them I am sure you will find a way.
