While Coney Island is probably technically on the Atlantic Ocean, it's more of a beach in Lower NY Harbor. The 1st publically accessible Atlantic Ocean beach is probably Riis Park in Queens, followed by Far Rockaway in Queens.

I know of a small travel agency in Eltingville (in the Perkins/Eckerds shopping center). They sell tickets for $25 per person and refund you the money when you get there to play at one of the casino's. usually Trump Taj Mahal. The bus also picks up and drops off in front of the Travel agency.

depends where you are on the island. If your on the south shore. Take the X1 to 34th St Penn Station, and catch the PATH or NJ Transit, or you can get off at 14th St and get the PATH
