Just look in their bio page. Tom Sellack served in the Navy Reserves, Senator McCain served in the Navy, There is a NBA professional that went to Anapolis Navy Academy and recruited for the NBA from there. If you can think of the actor, or famous person just look into their biography it should be in there. Military people are not ashamed of their service to country.

Considering the fact that there was a draft until 1973 you can pretty much assume most males over the age of 51 most likely served.

Most men over a certain age would have served unless they had deferments for things like schools (5 for certain VP) anal cyst for a certain bloviating right wing talk show host etc...

lol, good point. If you aska liberal they will say that all vets are on the freeway offramp, homeless and addicted to drugs because of Bush.
However many famouse and generally sucessfull people went to the armed services and thats where they got those life skills from.
