Hmm, that gets into the realms of "joint finance" which couples dont usually come across until they have been together for a while!
If he has bought the phone then I personally would assume he would be paying the bills. If that was the case then I wouldnt make extra calls on it other than necessary ones.

if he buys the phone and expects you to use it then yes he should pay the bill, if you are using it more that just for him then maybe youshould pay 1/2

ummm. i would say yes that's like inviting someone to go out to see a movie or hang out and ask them to pay. if he volunteered his services buying you a phone he should volunteer to pay the bill as well
