As long as you have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited school, the answer is yes.
Ask your Army recruiter about Officer Candidate School.
They don't always encourage people to apply for OCS because quite frankly it's easier to enlist you than prepare the OCS application packet, but they'll do it for you if you insist on it.

No. ITT Tech is a technical school, not a college or university. A degree from a college or university is required to enter as an officer.
A tech school is a tech school - vocational school, if you will. Colleges and universities are institutes of higher learning.

A vocational degree should count for something. The Navy is always looking for a few good line officers. Talk to a Navy recruiter.
