Spanish the Easy Way is a good workbook. There's also a book called Spanish for Gringos.

The 1995 version of the Spanish Bible. It is the Spanish equivalent of the New King James Version. You can find it in the Spanish section of most Christian bookstores.

Actually, I find older text books much more useful than new ones. Their grammatical information and vocabulary is basically the same, but they tend to have more practice activities to work with. I'm sure you can find some on eBay.
