Shorty, think about this one for a minute... Everything on a beach is either skyblue or ivory. You and your entourage would simply blend in and be lost. If you were having the wedding in a chapel or other building, it would be different because of all the contrasting colors. If you want to keep it pastels, why not go with some colors that are analogous to sky blue and ivory? That way it will keep the theme you're after, but still allow you and your party to stand out on the beach.

Reaction when I first read these 2 colors together, hmmmmm-NO. You should pair a neutral color such as ivory with one that is assertive, not pastel. Maybe take a look at a brilliant blue, just slightly a lighter shade than true blue, or try a royal (almost purple) shade. Bright sea green might look great, too. If you do light colors together without another color, your pics will appear washed out and everyone will ask you about your Easter egg hunt on the beach. I hope your seaside wedding is beautiful and memorable and everything that you ever dreamed it could be!

I'm with the guy who said you'd disappear. Ivory and sky blue are beautiful together, but perhaps you might want to wear something that would actually show up in the pictures.

Beautiful. Keep your colors soft and natural like the sky, the sand, and the sun. Take a look at sea glass and look how the colors are so muted and soft. Everything should be soft and flowing like the wind on the beach.

it depends. If it is an actual beach wedding instead of just a beach theme, then it is a perfect match. However, if it is an indoor wedding/reception with a beach theme, then you may want to go with white depending on the colors of the room.

Nature is the only component is to be chanced on.... however the respond of your question is chanced on!!! The Earth is roofed below countless aerosphere!!! (E.g.- Troposphere, Hydrosphere, Stratosphere, Ozonosphere, etc.) whilst a sunlight / white gentle is composed of the earth the sunshine is somewhat blend of 7 colorations(sky blue. green, yellow, violet, blue, orange, pink). in accordance to technology - a million. the sunshine isn't the rest yet a electromagnetic wave. 2. the backside frequency a electromagnetic frequency have, it could bypass during the harder issues/factors. 3. as quickly as we see a coloured textile, it potential the fabric absorbed that / those coloration and pondered different hues. E.g.- A Yellow colored shirt absorbs the yellow coloration of the sunshine and reflects different hues. in accordance to this whilst a white gentle breaks, the "sky blue coloration holds the better frequency and the pink coloration holds lowest frequency & orange holds 2d lowest frequency. so as sky blue have maximum frequency it won't be able to bypass during the Aerospheres and absorbed by potential of them. Few situations the aerospheres are will become denser by way of clouds, etc. then the sunshine with greater frequencies are absorbed by potential of the outer aerospheres and decrease frequencies are absorbed by potential of the internal aerospheres. because of the fact the sky will become denser we can't see during the innermost aerospheres. because of the fact the innermost aerosphers absorbs pink & orange coloration, So we see the sky pink/ orange then.

Those colors would be perfect ... maybe add in a little celadon (a light green) to create a very relaxed, beach mood. I bet everything is going to be beautiful!!! Congrats and good luck!
