i have only made baked spaghetti by boiling spaghetti and combining it with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese then baking it in the oven. i have never heard of it without sauce, add meat or other stuff, but not subtracting.

look up spaghetti frittata, that is baked spaghetti. You cook the spaghetti like you would normally and then put it in an oven safe pan with egg etc.

you don't. if you want no sauce or anything at all then you're just going to make burnt up spaghetti sticks. you need to have liquid and even with baked pasta dishes you have to cook the noodles half way so that they don't get soggy. why can't you just boil it on the stove like everyone else??
