the state that you live in and where you sent your state taxes to. Call them. They can cancel the first check and reissue you another some paper work and time though. But thats the only way to receive another check.

I can't come up with any way to say this that doesn't sound like a smart-alec answer, but I don't mean it that way....
Contact whoever sent you the first one.
Only they can stop payment on the first one and re-issue a 2nd one.

Contact your state "Department of Revenue" - they will make a stop paymnet and issue you another one.
