Need lenten dish and have some mock crab meat in the fridge and some pasta. Can cream it or olive oil it or an easy crab cake recipe if mock can be used for it......looking for dinner recipe and maybe appitizer.

Make Scampi (crab instead of shrimp).
Crab cakes are usually good with mock crab, I just always put in extra because it's not as intense as the real crab meat.

Mix the mock crab meat with some cream cheese and shape into a brick (on a plate) and poor some red cocktail sauce over it and serve with Ritz crackers.

There is a reason it's spelled "Krab".
Just buy the real stuff and don't subject whoever it is you are cooking for to a processed chemical food product. They sell it in these nice containers already shelled and cleaned. It's easy and better tasting.
