I carry extra bags..when I see anyone leave their dogs poop, I run over and hand them a bag..It embarrasses the cr*p out of them, but they deserve it..I am an old person, who has to pick up about 13 piles per day..If I can do it, any body can..So it makes me really upset when I see others leaving it..Hopefully, I keep my cool and just kindly offer them the bag, saying, "Your dog left his pile behind"..but sometimes they get a tongue lashing...lol
After all..they are the reason that my dogs are banned from so many areas!

I agree, there is a park at the back of us, we see dog walkers every day, they all go through, with no poopbags, not 1 of them picks any poo up, I have even been on to our council, they say it is a LEISURE SPACE, not a park, even though there are swings, slide, etc, they also say no-one will empty the bins if they put any in. I said they empty the ones in the big park in town, but THAT is different. { by the way I am a dog owner, I do carry a poop bag. }

Yes.
Then again would be nice if parents cleaned up after their kids in restaraunts and kept them under control there and in shops instead of letting them run round screaming,bumping into people and being annoying.
There should be leash laws for all under 12's.

Yes I'm fed up off washing it away from the front of my house
MY sister always picks up her dogs mess even in my mothers garden
there are some responsible dog owners out there
The guilty ones should be fined really heavy
I'm not being a kill joy but why should i put up with it when i haven`t even got a dog

Yes it would be nice after all parks are there for everyone to enjoy there's not much worse than that on your shoes and it makes you sick when you have to clean it. I'm fed up with people taking their dogs out and letting them crap right outside my front gate as well. My hubby threatened to pile it up and post it through their letter box. I'm dreading him doing that but I understand why he would want to. People are so irresponsible.

well of course it would be nice,and as a dog owner I do,but what I would like is when parents change their kids nappies in the park adjoining my back garden,that instead of their throwing it into my garden,that they walk a couple of yards and put it in the dog poo bins,now how hard would that be,or that the parents who allow their kids to throw their sweet rubbish into my garden to put it in bins,or the ones that actually buy them those pigging mopeds to actually take them somewhere official with them,instead of allowing their kids loose in public parks behind my house to go up and down and make elderly peoply try to dodge them,oh yes and whilst we're at it,how about it would be really nice if parents stopped their kids kicking their flipping ball against my house wall,thump,thump,thump,thump,thump,thump or make sure they know where their kids are,instead of sitting in front of tv all day whist their bratty kids are drinking in park and throwing bottles all over the toddlers area smashing them and making it dangerous to take small children there,or throwing it into our garden so as I have to check whenever I want to go into garden with my dogs so as they do not cut their feet,causing my dogs pain and me a hefty vet bill,yeah would'nt it be nice,

I have two dogs and always pick up after them, and I get really annoyed when I see other dog owners pretending that they have'nt noticed their dog having a **** . I tell them off, and I find it's a good way to start the day

Yes it would - just as nice as if everyone picked up their rubbish or, even better didn't drop it in the first place. Imagine a country not full of crisp packets, takeaway bags, used syringes & condoms, broken glass & chewing gum.
