I had a bunch of e-mails and myspace messages from him saying "Im sorry for everything I put you through, Please call me when you get this cuz I have to talk to you" what should I do?

Well, I don't think there's any harm in responding. I mean, that's sort of a common courtesy thing, almost. Responding to a myspace message certainly doesn't mean that there's necessarily going to be anything else that'll spring from it. Just say hello to the guy, maybe grab a coffee or something. Leave it at that, if you want, but it's just a nice thing to touch base.

Call him but don't make any commitments, be vague until you know what he wants. He may just want to be friends again.
Remember: If the relationship ended badly chances are it could end the same way. Some issues just don't go away. I know.
