I didn't give anything up for Lent this year. In the last few years I've noticed that it's become more of an exercise in will than a way to improve my life.
This year, I'm taking more time to pray. I guess you could say that I'm "giving up" some of my free time, but I see it more as doing something good instead of cutting out something that might be not so good.
Still not eating meat on Fridays, though. What can I say? I like my traditions.

I tried school, but that doesn't work out so well. I decided though to give up on giving anything up for lent. Of course, I'm a Christian, so we don't even practice that.
