After spending a couple of months in the States I'm flying back to Europe (with Delta). I now have a box (in size about 10x20x15") filled with extra things that I bought or got during my stay. I am now trying to figure out the best way to get it to Europe. I could check it in as an extra bag on my flight (which would cost around $100 according to the Delta website) or ship it via mail.

I ended up shipping the box via USPS (airmail 4-10 bus. days) for about $108 including insurance.

some other prices I found online:
DHL: $230 (2 bus. days)
UPS: $236 (4 bus. days)
Fedex: $212 (4 bus. days)
USPS: $108 (4-10 bus. days)

It will cost you a lot more to ship it. Suck it up and pay the $100 the airline is going to charge. Its highway robbery but consider the alternative.....

you might want to check with Fedex -we are pretty resonable
for shipping stuff not sure of the cost since it goes by rate
and distance and how fast you want it go get there

Unless it's really heavy stuff I would ship it. That's what I do... but I do it domestically, not international.
