I just started Weight Watchers again a week ago and have been working out every day, donig 40minutes on the elliptical and today I started the Power 90 video (Dsic One).
MY QUESTION::

How mnay activity points do I get for doing the 30-minute workout??
(I know for 30 minutes of Tae-bo, I get 4 points, is it the same?? It's still cardio, and we were punching and kicking like tae-bo, not using weights...)

Hope You Can Help! Thank You!

Flip over your point counter and use the POINTSbooster to figure it out.

Here's what I'm calculating:
Assuming Power 90 is a moderate activity - @ 30 minutes - If you weigh less than 140lbs it is 1 point, 140 - 240lbs it is 2 points, 240 - 340 it is 3 points, over 340lbs it is 4 points.

Then again, you know your exact weight and weather this is a light, moderate, or heavy activity.
