Yes. Emphatically yes. There isn't just one firm tape, there are dozens. They have videos for beginners, intermediates, upper body, lower body, abs. Anything you want. All videos follow the Firm philosophy that building muscle is essential to burning calories, maintaining weight and looking good. You can build muscle with weight resistance at the same time you are getting a cardio workout. I own more than 20 firm tapes. The Firm promises results within 10 workouts and it's true. You can't, of course, space the workouts over a year and expect to see anything but space them out over 2-3 weeks and you begin to look and feel better. In my opinion, the Firm workout videos are the very best on the market. I have tried them all. I lost weight, toned all over and became stronger and healthier. I could show you before and after pictures of me. Email me if you want more information at batscout@yahoo.com

I did the firm years ago and I've always been into working out and fitness. I was so sore the next day so I knew I got a really good workout and worked some muscles that needed it. But I would definitely start out slow...... it accomplishes what it's supposed to though, thats for sure!

Yes it works, but its not easy to do their exercises, make sure you do some stretching and have a bottle of water nearby.
