I don't see why any woman would want to lose weight... unless it's for health reasons... but the best way to do it is by running. It keeps the belly at bay, those legs, thighs on the rise, and the booty tight and fit. A walk alone can burn calories! Then for your diet, eat health foods or smaller portions of what you already eat. Eat 3 times a day, don't skip a meal because it screws up your motabolism (which will just make you gain weight) and drink plently of water. It flushes out your system and helps you lose weight better. If your talking real fast try a fat burner ( look in wal-mart!) but you have to continue to excersize or else you'll gain it all back plus more. Trust me I went from a size 9 to a six! Good luck, and love yourself hun!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

This is what I'm doing: I went completely vegetarian on weekdays, and had vitamin supplements. On the weekends I get out of my system the desire for...everything. I use now dressing on salads except a vegetarian Ginger dressing that's all natural. I've gone from about 230 to 208 in about two to three months.
You don't want to go too fast because it's dangerous and your skin will be loose - and for that use Nutragena Body Firming lotion.

excercise, cut your food intake down as in portions and drink water. The first few days you'll be blosted until your body gets used to the water intake and then that will go away.
I would layer my clothes when I worked out and it took me 2 weeks and I lost 14 pounds. Don't give up and good luck.
