Didn't John say it is a physical place, about a mile square, made of gold and jewels?

There are a hundred references to the bible being up (such as when Jesus looks up to Heaven) and to the that the hosts of heaven can be seen among the stars and the moon and the sun....

As any good person knows, heaven is just above the clouds, maybe 40,000 feet or so. And by the way Jesus didn't float up there, his halo is also a helicopter blade and you don't leave earth's orbit so that part doesn't matter. I read this in a lost part of the Bible that I saw in dream. And since I believe all dreams are true, then it must be.

And Jesus was in heaven about 3 minutes after he started to rise.
That is, one minute to file his flight plan and 2 minutes of actual flight.

In the scriptures, the word "heaven" is used to describe more than one thing.

It is used of the sky above us, such as where it says "the rain and the snow come down from heaven".

It is used to descript what we would call "outer space", where it says that the "sun and the moon shine in the heavens".

It is also used to describe the spiritual realm in which God resides, such as "God throne is in heaven".

When Jesus rose, he physically lifted for a distance into the sky. This allowed the crowd of over 500 who were gathered there to be able to see him as he returned to the spiritual realm of heaven. Once he was above the crowd, he moved from the physical realm to the heavenly realm of heaven, taking his physical body with him when he did it. There is where he disappeared "into the clouds" (a phrase used frequently in the scriptures to discribe the appearance of the heavenly realm) and from which the angels appeared.

It does not say that Jesus went into the "outer space" heaven.

According to the book of revelation, the new city or new heaven and new earth will take the place of the destroyed earth. Or according to Jesus, the kingdom of heaven is in you. So start it in you as Jesus said and then expect to live in the heaven which comes down to you if you are alive until then. What I mean heaven is a place to find peace and joy and without death and sickness. So if it is in you that is to say you have peace and joy all your life and so is after death or still alive in the new earth and heaven.

He was raised to the clouds....past that we are not told. Since heaven, YAHWEH, etc do not exist on our plain of existence, then its logical to assume up is going into another dimension. For even science is realizing we have at least 10 dimensions, but we live in the 3rd and can see the 2nd.

Read Genisis, you only need the first couple of chapter's.
Of course you should believe in that for it to matter.
