Just tell him like its fist time youv noticed at first and if it happens agian it can just become 1 of those silly private jokes that freinds have .Then you can tell him everytime without him taking offence.LOLOL good luck.Sure hes not aiming this at you ,might fancy you.

Just say casually, "um..I think your fly is open". If he is your friend you should be able to tell him without it being awkward.
