This is a ricotta based weight watcher dessert recipe.

Ingredients:

500 g low fat ricotta cheese

3 tablespoons of castor sugar

1 tablespoon of plain flour

1 teaspoon of grated orange zest

2 tablespoons of orange juice

1 egg

1/2 cup of cream

2 passionfruit

Preheat your oven to 160 Centigrades (320 F).

Combine the ricotta cheese, castor sugar, flour, orange zest, juice and egg in a mixing bowl till smooth.

Coat an 8-muffin tray with cooking spray, and pour the mixture evenly into the 8 muffin holes.

Bake the muffins for about 15 minutes (or till firm). Let them cool down, and remove them from the tray.

To do the passionfruit cream you just whisk the cream and combine it with the passionfruit.
Pour the cream on each muffin/cake.
