well i am 13 and i have none this guy for 2 years and hes been nice to me and stuff i have been. but then he tells his sis witch 1 of my best buds that he does not like me and so like 2 weeks ago he was being nice to me again he even wanted me to go overto his house. but now he is being mean to me and i am trying best to be nice to him omg!!! and one time i was sitting on a chair and he was on the floor in front of me and he grabs my leg and put his and up my leg it was weird ???? i am so confused what is going on here

It sounds to me like he wants you but can't take the pressure from his friends. Therefore he will be mean to you when his friends are watching, but nice to you when no one is looking. Guys do this at thirteen.
