What about making a photograph mirage out of some past photograph's you''ve taken then frame it with some letters something like HAPPY BIRTHDAY MUM I LOVE YOU - It will mean more to her because you have made it and it comes from the heart and that way she willbe able to keep it then and look at it every day and realise what a lovely daughter she has got.

My family bought me a digital camera, and took me out for a meal for my 60th.
I love using it, especially taking pictures of my grandchildren.

What about an original newspaper from the day she was born? I did this for my husband last year, easily obtained from the internet. It comes boxed or you can pay extra for it to be leather bound.
