I tunes will not accept it...is it a firewall problem? How can i fix this??

Are you trying to drag the files straight from limewire to iTunes? Because that won't work. You have to drag them from the folder that limewire downloads them too. The default place for the files to go is:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Shared
Unless you changed this during setup, the files should go there. If you drag the files from this folder into your iTunes, then it should work. If this doesn't help you, send me a message and I will try to help some more...

just copy the files from limewire and paste it into itunes library.
