I met this guy at work. One night he invited me over to watch a movie. That went well. Then last saturday we went on a date and it went really well. Then on Tuesday he came over and we just chilled out, talked and watched TV. We've kissed and cuddled but haven't been completely intimate yet. I emailed him Wed morning to ask if he wanted to go to this film festival with me over the weekend. He hasn't responded yet. I am pretty sure he likes me so what's the problem? How long should I wait??

Maybe you should have given it up on the first date. He probably thinks you will be too much work.

Hmm.. First of all I would give him a few days to respond. If he does, great. Maybe he was just busy or didn't check his email. If he doesn't email back in a few days, I would forget about him because he's probably mad that he didn't "get any" in the time that you have spent with him and feels it's pointless to try anymore. Which in the long run is fine because you wouldn't want to be with a guy like that anyway.

You really haven't given him time to respond, though. I don't jump on and answer every email I get - I don't always even open them for a day or two if I'm busy. Maybe he's the same way.
Relax a little...

It's only been a day, give the guy some time! Not everyone checks their email every 30 minutes. Me, I usually check my email once every two or three DAYS. Here's a question, why don't you just call him and ask him?

hes not a jerk and hes a nice guy just busy
wait for him to contact you , dont contact the guy again. If he comes back tell him how him not answering you made you feel but dont make a big deal of it. If hes a nice guy then he'll apologize and youll do something else later

Maybe he is busy or mad that you havnt gave it up to him yet. I would back off and see what happens...
Be careful about relationships on the job... you could become the next gossip character around too I wouldnt advise a relationship with a coworker.

Well, my bf never replys to my emails. Not sure why, but he just does not email back (he only has email at work and I know he gets the emails). Have you tried calling him? My bf always responds to calls.

It could be that his internet is not working, or maybe he hasn't checked his email lately. If you have his phone number, give him a call..Good Luck..
Edit: Yes, you should call him, you do not have anything to lose.
Just ask him if he received your email, because you was wondering if your email program, was working..
