If she casually disrespected you in front of your buddies?
Not necessarily say something to your face, more like goading or giving you a silent insult where everybody notices it.

A little detail, you and that girl are not dating.
She's just some stranger who doesn't like your gut.

Hello. Note that I am a male.

Ok, I got to understand that what would I do to correct my partner from insulting me in front of my buddies.

If she insults me in front of my buddies, I would take the insult without saying anything to her until we go home. If she keeps insulting in front of my friends on a particular occasion, then I would ask my buddies to excuse us, then have a talk with my woman privately about her behavior. But let's assume she only insults me once on that occasion, I would have her informed at home... I would tell her how I feel and how I would deal with the situation the next time. If she doesn't observe to my warning, I won't go out with her anymore. Yeah, because I don't want to be insulted anymore. If she cannot correct her adnormal behavior, then a separation is anticipated.

Dump her

---edit---

If it is a silent insult, probably just ignore her and pretend like I didn't notice. Why give her the satisfaction of knowing that she succeeded in making me upset? My guy friends probably wouldn't notice any non-verbal communication anyway, since guys are bad with this.

If it is very noticeable, then I would look at her and say, "Excuse me, do you have a problem that I can help you with?"

Since insulting a girl/woman in public is a no-win situation, even if she deserves it, I'd probably go out of my way to avoid her altogether.

I would make it a point to be extra nice to her...so that the difference in our upbringing becomes that much more noticeable in the world's eyes...its easy to hit back vehemently when snubbed...only the true gentlemen react courteously...
