Royal Canin makes different "flavors" that are often designated by the numbers. I'm not sure, they may have something to do with the amount of protein, fat, carbs, etc. Just look on the bags of food and you will find the one they are referring to. You can even buy it online if you want.

Enjoy your new dog. Blessings.

If that's what she's been eating then you should keep her on the same food. If you switch her food she will have an adjusting period where she will have diarrhea and might vomit also. She WILL get sick. It's comon knowledge that you don't switch a dog's food drastically. You can find Royal Canin 33/20 at any Petco. Royal Canin has a bad habit of changing the numbers on their products so for all we know it might not be 33/20 when you look for it. They have plenty of different products for different breeds. The have a Pom dog food... and they have a puppy dog food also.

If you can't find it and you decide to switch brands, you should really stay away from any commercial brands (Including Purina & Science Diet). They are made with ground corn and sometimes wheat (which a lot of dogs are allergic to). Ground corn is a filler and dogs can't digest it...it goes right through them, hence they eat more , hence they poop more. Stick with a brand that doesn't have corn in the ingredients and that has meat listed as the first two ingredients. Your dog will eat less, be full longer, and you'll be happy because it'll poop less and the poop will be more solid and easier to pick up.

The person who sold this dog to you should be sending some along with the dog. If you can't find it, you can switch the food. Royal Canine makes different formulas for all different needs, you could find one for your dog just by finding the one for her breed. Also, keep in mind, this is your dog, and if you'd like to feed her something else, you can.

I would check online, but you may have to actually special order this food. I have never heard of it before. If you can get one bag from the prev owner maybe you can start to wean her off of this food. Good Luck!!

Your best bet would be to ask your vet, or go to a pet store and ask one of the employees.

He's your dog now, so he eats what you say. I rescue dogs and they all thrive on Purina Dog Chow, available at your local grocers.
