I would like to know how to say "In the mood" in Spanish (as in, the title of the Glenn Miller song!) Thanks in advance for any help. Lizzie :-)

In the mood, and assuming you mean 'in the mood for love,' you would say, "de humor..." Example: "Estoy de humor (para el amor)."

Depending on the context you would say "de humor" or "con ganas".
"I'm in a bad mood" (I'm upset) "Estoy de mal humor".
"I'm in the mood for pizza" (I feel like eating pizza) "Tengo ganas de pizza" or "Estoy con ganas de pizza".
