Look it up on the internet. They have the recipe and I can tell you you'll need a bath tub full of ice to keep it cool.
Go ahead and make it, it's only illegal if you get caught and sense you have never been properly trained on making it, there won't be enough of you left to arrest.

No I don't know how to make it. I do know that it's highly unstable, and one little slip could totally demolish the house or building you're in. It's best not to mess with that.....someone could get hurt or killed unintentionally, like a small child or loved one.
