Since you said you've learned before how to read music, I'll just give you the refresher course...
Treble Clef: The spaces from bottom to top are F A C E. The lines from bottom to top are E G B D F. Any other notes appearing above or below those within the staff can be figured out by using your musical alphabet: A B C D E F G A B C, etc.
Bass Clef: The spaces from bottom to top are A C E G. The lines from bottom to top are G B D F A.

Good luck!

go to a music store (the type that sells instruments) and ask for basic music theory books (preferably for adults). Look through the beginning pages of what they have and get the one that looks the most interesting.

In treble clef (G-clef):
- lines are E-G-B-D-F
- spaces are F-A-C-E

In bass clef (F-clef):
- lines are G-B-D-F-A
- spaces are A-C-E-G

However, if you enjoy playing what you already know and are comfortable learning by ear, don't stress yourself over learning how to read notes, particulary if you just play for your own satisfaction. Lots of decent musicians can't read sheet music.
