What do you mean about your cousin's mother having the same blood match as your father? Just because they have the same blood types (A, B, AB, etc) doesn't speak much about actual relatedness.
Statistically, you are 50% related to each parent, 50% related to each full sibling, 25% related to each half sibling.
So, you are 50% related to your father who is 50% related to his sister. That makes you 25% related to your fathers' sister. The sister is 50% related to her child, so you are 12.5% related to your cousin.

your half sister cause she has one parent the same as you...the actual blood type has nothing to do with it.
