normally I do medium-high or high level workout for about 35-40 minutes. this includes doing round offs and cartwheels, jogging around, danceing, and jumping. in addition about every other night ill do 200-25 sit ups and 30-40 knee bent push ups. and im begining to question if thats really enough. how many days a week should I do this, and is 40 minutes enough?

PS. two nights a week i go to a tumbleing class instead of working out.

I think the best way to deturmine what can be done to tone your belly and if what you are doing is enough would be to hire a personal trainer. You can go to just about any gym and they can teach you what exercises are best for your body type.

I would also suggest you see a nutritionalist so they can help you gain some healthy weight before you die. I know this sounds harsh but people have died weighing more from anorexia. Im not saying your anorexic, what i am saying is that your weight is dangerously low. Please get help for this before you die. Hopefully you haven't damaged your body to much, hopefully you can still have children.

I wish you all the best, you are beautifull, lots of Love and I'm sending you a big hug. I hope you live through this!

Sounds like you have an addiction to exercise without a sense of limits or proportion for maintaining maximum health. Go to a good behavioral therapist as soon as possible and reconsider your objectives. Approopriate exercise for health is a good goal, but you have to know what you are doing. Jeopardizing your health because exercise is becoming an end in itself is obsessive, and you should deal with it like any harmful obsession. The ancient medical adage, "Everything in moderation" is a good rule to follow.

PS: In some traditions, if you are doing this for religious belief (an assumption which a previous responder makes gratuitously and thoughtlessly) even fasting gives way to health and preservation of life.

Sounds pretty active to me. If you're putting the hours in and not getting the results that you want, I'd look at technique and diet. It's pretty common that people whe exercise a lot eat the carbs for energy, but don't eat enough protein. As for technique, I'd look for pilates-based or core exercises. They seem to challenge the abs pretty well.

I think you might disapear if you exercise too much, that seems awful light for someone who is 58 inches tall. You couldn't possibly have belly fat. How old are you???
