If these sites are legit, the savings on (especially classic and sports) cars are phenomenal. I could actually afford to my dream car, a Dodge Viper. Apparently, law enforcement/ customs type agencies sell the various assets they seize during apprehension of (apparently very rich) criminals, and need to sell them ASAP, as storage costs would become a huge burden. Sorry, but those are Internet phishing sites and other such scams to unload you of a few bucks for worthless information. These cars are wholesaled to auction houses and dealers, and then resold to the public. If you think a deal is too good to be true it is because it is.

If you want to buy a seizure car, get hold of your local police dept. They can tell you when and where they are holding an auction or do a google search for police seized cars and auctions.
