Go to Bestbuy or somewhere that sells hard drives and buy a one, Remember- you can have 2 HD's hooked up at the same time. So if you want 180 gig and you have 80, you need only a 100gig. There will be a Pic on the hard drive of the jumper settings, Set it for slave. Then Plug it in on the second plug on the ribbon strip your orig. HD is on. Then you might have to go into bios to set it up. Maybe windows will recognize it, im not sure.

Cheapest and easiest way?
Buy an external hard drive. I've bought a 250Gb drive for about £75 that just plugs into the USB.
You can buy a new harddrive, bu to tarnsfer everything over to the new one is such a hassle, save yourself the bother!

I would purchase a simpletech external hard drive that can be plugged into a usb from the outside, they can be purchase on ebay for $20-120 depending on size.
You can also add a 2nd internal hard drive, all you have to do is get the hard drive and set the switch to slave and install it in your computer.
I have used both methods and they both work great.
Its all up to you...
Good Luck,

You could try getting a external hard drive or get a extra internal hard drive which will plug straight into your motherboard.

go to ebuyer.com and buy either internal or external hard-drive. Then you just plug it in and your operating system will do the rest. It's so simple.
