You said it yourself "my body feels better when I do" - so go ahead and exercise...just don't overdo it ...if your body tells you to stop - just stop, okay?
Hope you feel better real soon!

it should be fine to do some yoga stretching and ab work but I would skip the cardio.. .You want your body to heal and while you might feel like you have all your energy and health back, in truth you are still on teh apth to recovery and too much activity could waear out your immune system causing you to be sick again. If you must do cardio don't do more than 20 minutes. But i would stay away from it just to be safe

I workout each and all of the time while i'm sick, this is barely harder to get each and each of ways with the aid of yet you may desire to be nice. i be responsive to that this is not any longer a stable concept to yet I dont opt for to pass over any days of determining because of the fact i'm apprehensive of falling in the back of. My suggestion to you is in simple terms carry out a little form of a piece out it is to no longer complicated on you yet stable adequate so as which you nonetheless stay in workout mode so once you get extra suited you are able to pass returned to what you do.

Exercise increases blood circulation throughout the body. And blood is full of white cells and antibodies that fight infection.
At least in theory, exercise should help you get over your cold more quickly because colds are usually caused by a viral infection. And the more white cells and antibodies you can deliver against the viruses, the more quickly your body will win its fight against them.
Here is a research study which has found that exercise helps against colds:

do light cardio. and thats it. you dont want to over do it and then get sick again, that is what happened with me. and besides you dont loose weight or gain muscle mass when you are sick. take care of ur cold/ cough thing and then get back into working out full force when u are all better.

It's not going to kill you if you exercise, but generally speaking, it's good to rest when you are sick. Resting helps you get better. Drink lots of fluids, also. Get Well Soon!

That would be fine. Actualy it might make you feel better faster. Part of being sick is telling yourself that you don't feel good and when you do something that makes you feel good when you are not sick is going to send those same signals to you brain now.

As long as you are not going to a gym and spreading your germs, I don't see much wrong with that at all.
