Yeah, it's not the same anymore when you're no longer the persecuted culture.
I'm sure that centuries ago, the early Christians couldn't imagine their faith being in charge of most of the western world (and in charge of the largest nuclear arsenal).
The idea you present is definitely an outdated one.

some Muslims here on R&S have earlier claimed that Islam is the biggest faith (because of the fact they only counted Catholics as Christians and disregarded something). Even some Christians (see above) are unaware. If attractiveness constitutes "validation", then Justin Bieber could be extra "valid" than Nick Jonas. Coke could be extra "valid" than Pepsi. vehicles could be extra "valid" than trains. The question could be "what does validation advise to a faith?". a million. Christianity: 2.a million billion 2. Islam: a million.5 billion 3. Secular/Nonreligious/Agnostic/Atheist: a million.a million billion 4. Hinduism: 900 million 5. chinese language classic faith: 394 million 6. Christianity got to be so big, because it the early years, they threatened to kill everyone and burn down villages of those who did not convert, Then they made attendance of church on Sunday compulsory, with fines and punishments for those who did not turn up. They also inforced belief by providing schools heavy with religion to control the belief of the next generation.
as for Paths and Destruction, see the above
The rules of the church, at that time saw it as their duty to bring Religion to the "heathens" , often by demonising any belief that already existed

You could look at it that way.
Religion is just that, religion.
It is a system developed by men to worship God.
Based in the "external", physical worship.
You know The church building.
The actual worship takes place" internally" in the spirit.
Who does the Father look for as those who worship Him? Those who worship in spirit and in truth.
What was being asked by Jesus?
See below.

The statement you misquote has nothing to do with numeric values. The numeric amount of believers has nothing to do with the path each treads on the way to God.
Why not look for a simple, basic logic course at your nearest community college? They aren't that expensive and if you can pass it, you can certainly cut down on the number of times you make a fool of yourself.

those 2 have nothing once so ever to do with each other. Satan likes likes to twist the truth and blur the lines to make things more confusing and make it harder to find God. Ur just helpin' him out. How thoughtful.

To me, this passage means that means that it is much easier to fall into sin and go to hell than it is to take the road that leads to life which is the narrow road.

no. but you have to keep in its context, to when it was written.
like say, 25 years ago eating meat on Friday was mortal sin to catholics. now there is no rule like that. eat all the meat you want is ok.

Those are the words of Jesus Christ. So what is your point? I know what the words mean, so it puzzles me as to why you would pick them to slam Christianity with.
