i had a firework a very loud one to the point of me not even knowing if it was loud or not go off less then a foot from my ears about 30 hours ago and the ringing went away but now i got a sort of numbing in my ears when i hear noises like running water and i feel pressure building in there with a small amount of pain it seems that my hearing is back to its full becides the high pitch thing im getting a little worried about this do my ears need to heal or am i hearing aid bound

i also ment to add i can hear very well still i can even hear a pin drop its just the high pitch noises that are somewhat muffled why is that

It can take awhile for hearing to come back if it is going to. I would suggest going to the doctor and having him see if there is anything that can be done.
