Stephen Grellet was a Quaker, of some note, an activist for social causes. There has been no proof he actually ever said the quote. His letters, writings and bio all survive.
So no simple answer.
The wording has changed over the years.
"A Worthy Quaker Thus Wrote:"
I expect to pass through this world but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, let me not defer nor neglect it, for I will not pass this way again

As early as 1869 they began to appear in Quaker publications, but without any specific attribution...
