lot of my hair is falling i am just 21 years old i want to stop it what are the ways. and also my hair is so rough i tried henna but it did not work please tell me some remedies that to make my hair silky soft

1. Use a good quality coconut oil to prevent your scalp from drying.
2. Shampoo your hair in 15 days. Dilute the shampoo in water before applying to your head. Make sure to wet your head first. Never apply shampoo directly on the head, it should be diluted in water.
3. Dont be afraid of combing! It actually helps in stimulating hair follicles and augments hair growth.
4. Use a comb having wide space between its teeth. Comb atleast 10 times daily!
5. I dont want to recommend medicines, please consult an experinced dermatologist.

Try using Nioxin products. It's a kit you can buy at salons, and it's for fine, thinning hair. Also, Rogaine will help stop hair loss and possibly regrow some of the hair you've lost. It's something you must use forever, because once you stop, your hair loss will keep progressing. Propecia is a prescription drug for men, and used with Rogaine is very effective in slowing hair loss. After you shampoo, try using conditioner. It will make your hair soft. Henna dyes will definitely rough up your hair, even though they're supposed to be natural. If you must color your hair, just use regular hair color.

don't use henna....apply sour curd with egg on your hair leave it for 1/2- 1 hour than wash , u can see result in first wash.
