For the same reason that you feel you're in the right while everybody who thinks otherwise is wrong.
Those in other denominations or other religions are thinking the same thing about you.
There's only one true church, and that's the one that each believes in.
What right do you have to say you are well informed about the word of God, but others are not ? What makes you so special ?
A really intelligent person realizes how little he knows.

What other denominations? Each denomination has its own spin or interpretation of the Bible and the message God is trying to tell us. The cool thing about the Bible is that while the Word of God is not changing, the way God talks to us through His Word frequently changes. One can read one verse in the Bible one time and get a particular message from that verse. A year later, one can read the same verse and get a different message. Often times God will try to get our attention when we are experiencing something specific in our lives and even when we don't think we need to hear something specific from God, He will use a verse or group of verses to speak to us in a way that He wants to use to get our attention about something.
With regard to denominations being misinformed, without examples to substantiate what you are saying, it sounds like you are saying that your own denomination is correct and others are not. The Apostle Paul once said that there were several followers of Christ who were bickering over which disciple's teachings to follow. Paul admonished them by reminding them that it didn't matter what one disciple said or the other, because the teachings might vary from one person to the other. He told them that it only mattered that they all followed the teachings of Christ. To me, as long as different denominations follow the teachings of Christ, then the minor or major differences between them does not matter so much.

If by use of the word 'denominations', you are referring to other christian sects - those that are ignorant (misinformed) of the Word of God, are those that have viewed Christianity as just one of the many religions that exist in this world. God is less interested in religion, he is real. Religion does not present a real God, EVEN IF THAT RELIGION IS CHRISTIANITY!
Lack of revelation of the Word of God in a denomination (congregation) shows that God is not part (has been left out) of what is done there.

A denomination begins with an experience. Then a language forms around the experience. Then a theology forms around the language. Then a system forms around the theology. Then you have a denomination. Nobody has a monopoly on Biblical truth.

You will get the point when you read Rev. 2 and 3, and see what Jesus tells the churches, Christians in the last days. Notice some have false teachings, but he judges individually.
After he returns, all will be gathered to one. Division is a work of Satan's infiltration.

Quite a statement.
Very smart.
You are touching on the we're in they are out mentality.
There are none of us that understands it totally.
It isn't given to us that way.
I don't know why, but it isn't.
This is the way it is now.
If you continue in your heart to desire to know the truth. You will get it a little at a time. Sometime even finding out that your own denomination had it wrong.

So you are implying that YOUR denomination is the only one that is not misinformed?
It must be nice to be so confident.

Because it is not for them to know the words of GOD.
Mark 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you is given the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all things are done in parables:
Mark 4:12 that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest haply they should turn again, and it should be forgiven them.

They have gone away from the truth. The Catholic Church is the holder of all truth given by Christ. No other denomination can make that claim as they were formed to their own agenda
