Just wondering what can bad smelling clothes cause?
Like can it be a health issue or can people hate you or whatever you can tell me. I'm writing an essay about it, thanks.

Well I remeber way back when in primary school, a guy smelt bad, his clothes were dirty. And it caused him to have hardly any friends at all. It is hard to make friends when they can't stand to be around you.

A disagreeable smell can cause a person otherwise acceptable to become a social outcast. They may attract an outcast social element as their peer group. It establishes low self esteem and a general disdain for societal rules. If a person is presenting with a disagreeable smell they may be passed over for promotion, denied educational access and in general be treated poorly by authority figures.
It is recommended that a person with such a concern consult a physician and a psychiatrist to resolve the issue. They may also be encouraged to take a "house keeping" course to learn the proper way to care for themselves.

No one will hate you for smelling bad, they will just avoid getting close to you.

The reason they smell is because of the dead bacteria on them. You want to wear them --- go right ahead.

No friends, or anyone will want to be around you. Probably not even animals....
