Do I need implants?

No, not THAT kind of implant, silly! I'm a dude!

My dentist wants to make me a "bridge" for a back molar, and I'd like something a bit more permanent. He thinks the molar is too close to my nasal cavity. What do you think?

I think you should listen to the dentist who actually went to school to do his job instead of a bunch of people who honestly do not care about your teeth. I care about your teeth but these other people don't. lol jk I don't care about your teeth. Listen to what the dentist says.
