i have been seeing a guy for about 5 months, i like him a lot and he tells me im the only girl he wants around and that he likes me alot but he doesnt want a g.f, i came to find out that he hasnt had one since sixth grade, i dont understand if im so perfect to him then why doesnt he want to be with me. It hurts knowing that im gonna be waiting and im ready for a relationship and i want it to be with him but if he doesnt want me as a g.f should i stay around just to be his friend that he likes?

Ok well i say that you should stay with him, because him saying that he likes you a lot and everything shows that he does mean it and if you really like him as much as you say you do then you should just wait a bit, until he's ready for a relationship because maybe he's got his own issues on why he doesn't want a girlfriend right now. Nooo girl no!...if a guy doesnt want you to be his girl then that means he is just not that into you ... if he was then you would be his girlfriend.. he wants his cake and eat it to .. look you deserve better.. he wil just string you along and all you are doing is wasting your time and wishing on something that wont happen... value yourself and realize that you deserve more.... He knows that you will be there .. He knows that you will do whatever he wants without you being his girlfriend.. He wont make you his girl because he doesnt want the responsibility... so i say love yourself .. value yourself and move on.. men like that are not worth your time ... trust me there is someone out there that will treat you the way you deserve.. but this guy is not it.. trust me im speaking from experiance

dont do it girl!! i was doing the SAME thing... and it will never work! you cant change a person..
he will open up to you when he is ready, but 5 months and he hasnt yet... it might be best to just forget about it! dont waste your time with someone who will not committ to you... i know i wish i would have never tried waiting for a guy i liked... it just cause alot of fights, hurting, and me being screwed over!
just go and have fun... but dont committ to him if he will not committ to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my advice would be get out now. i mean in 6 months from now are you still going to be dating? 2 yrs. from now aren't you going to want commitment- marriage one day? explain to him that although it's just a title you need to know that you are committed - if he doesn't budge who's to say he ever will!
