by loving one another and not jusging one another. through compassion for even our enemies. by following Gods word and striving to be more like Christ.

God gave us one body and we should take care of that body. We must be careful in what we do. Wearing seat belts in cars, wearing the right clothing in cold or hot weather is also important. Eat the right foods so as to maintain a healthy weight.
But we are not just a physical body. We also have a spiritual part to our lives. The bible teaches us to maintain self control at all times. We are benefitted when we obey God because he created us. We are to be chaste and balanced. Avoid premarital and extra marital sex. Bathe and cleanse your body as needed.
Avoid life threatening sports like bungy jumping and jumping from airplanes for it shows you disrespect the fragile body.
Our body was made to keep replenishing itself. God made us to live forever on earth.
Be sound in mind and body and you will show respect for life.

Learn to subdue the ego... the self-cherishment thinking that deludes us all into thinking the universe revolves around some unfindable "self". When you consider that we're an integral part of everything around us, and that when everything is in "balance" and "happy" then so are we.
