What are your top three holiday destinations in the world and why???

Australia - it's huge and has something for everyone and the culture and scenery is so diverse, plus it's the only place in the world where the beaches go on forever and aren't packed.
Maldives - Crystal clear jewell coloured seas, superb snorkelling and diving, amazingly friendly and welcoming locals. Food is outstanding.
Machu Pichu - I've never been but I would love to see the culture of the ancient Inca's and stand on that ground, close my eyes and get a a taste of what it could have been like.
Plus anywhere else I haven't already been!

* Tibet & SW China - just such a world away from my life here in Europe ...
* Turkey - has so much to offer, great food, great history, great everything!
* Spain (and I don't mean Bournemouth by the sea! I mean the cities like Barcelona, Salamanca, Granda (for the Alhambra Palace and Semana Santa), Valencia (for the brilliant 'Las Fallas' Fire Festival, plus Seville, Toledo, San Sebastien, and Santiago De Compostela)

Mexico because of the sun sand and sea, New york for the shopping, and like everyone Austrailia because its the opposite side of the world and everyone rates it

Greenland, because it is so different from where I've ever lived.
Japan, because the culture interest and facinates me.
New York, because I want to see if all I've heard about it is true.

1. Barbados -- tropical, lots of friends and have a boyfriend there
2. Czech Republic - Where I'm from, have family
3. U.S.A (Maryland/Kentucky) - Best friend in KY, a family who took me in are in Maryland.
